Terms of service

Packages and prices

Webshop and website projects are sold as fixed-price packages, with the scope listed on each package. Work outside a package is estimated in advance and starts only after you approve it. Prices are in euros and final. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.

Payment

We send a pro forma invoice and an invoice for every payment. You can pay by PayPal, using the payment buttons on the maintenance page, or by bank transfer. Maintenance plans are paid monthly in advance. If you pay once for 12 months, one month is free. Webshop and website packages are paid in full upfront. After paying, you fill in a short form with your details, and work starts once we have confirmed your payment.

Maintenance plans

  • One plan covers one website. For 3 or more sites, ask us about a discount.
  • The minimum term is 3 months, also for PayPal subscriptions. After that, you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
  • “Small changes” means text and image edits, adding products, a new page from your material, configuring existing plugins and minor design tweaks. Programming new features, writing copy, design and building a new site are done separately, by agreement.
  • Stores, sites with online payments, multilingual sites and membership sites need the Webshop or Custom plan.
  • We start with a cleanup that takes 1–2 business days after payment. Your first weekly report arrives the following Monday.

Access to your site

You send us access to your site through the secure method we explain after payment. We use it only to do the agreed work.

Backups and monitoring

We keep backups 4 times a day, stored off your server, and we monitor your site around the clock. We work carefully, but we cannot promise that a site will never go down or that an update will never cause a problem. If something breaks, we fix it as part of your plan.

Hosting

You can stay with your own host or move to ours. On cheap shared hosting we cannot guarantee full speed and may suggest a better option.
