What we collect
We collect only what you type into our forms or send us by email:
- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Order details form: your name, email address, optional company and website address, optional PayPal transaction ID and the description of your project.
- Free website check: your name, email address and website address.
Spam protection
To keep spam out, we limit how many messages one connection can send. For this, your IP address is turned into an irreversible code and kept for at most 24 hours. We do not store the address itself.
Why we use it
We use these details to reply to you, to send you a quote or a website check report, and to handle the work if you become a customer. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.
Who sees it
Your message is delivered to our email inbox. Our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf. If you pay us through PayPal or bank transfer, those services process your payment details under their own policies. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries as long as needed to answer you and to manage any customer relationship that follows, and then we delete them. Invoices are kept as long as accounting rules require.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Write to info@shop351.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
